GetHuman-293285: I am an unhappy customer ---customer service rep. said they would call me back into * hrs. as they could not help me with the purchase of a book I was trying to order this was after a ** min. wait and ** min talking to rep. Afer * hrs. I called back another ** min. wait talked to rep. could not help me asked for superviser they he told me they would call me back within * hrs. Five hours later I call back after a ** min wait I hung up and called a Borders store and within ** min. he had my order ready to ship. I am an unhappy customer with the wait time and not being called back when they tell me they would. I would like to hear back from Borders. E-mail *****@***.com Thank You, janyce
