~Chris terry: I am very upset about an order I placed online on ********. I was browsing the disney stores website on my mobile device and noticed the top of the page stating " orders placed by ******** are guaranteed shipping before Christmas. I did not realize this excluded personalized items as the mobile device version did not have exclusions or " see details" to clarify this. I went ahead and submitted my order then received an email confirmation explaining that personalized items are not guaranteed. I immediately contacted customer service about my concern and asked to speak with a knowledgable manager who can solve my issue. I was transferred to a male who was not interested in even trying to assist me. I explained that the mobile device advertisement did not state anything but he did not care. I asked to pay the difference for faster shipping since my item wasn't even personalized yet but he said that it was not possible. No changes can be made period! Really... I am so disappointed and expe
