GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Bookbyte customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~YSantana: I called the number stated on this website and I chose to speak to the receptionist. I only waited for about * min's when a female by the name of "Pia" answered (********** @ *:** pm)I explained my situation to her and she stated that the company is having technical issues with the website and that it could be a couple of hours before the website is working again. "Pia" also told me to not worry because there is a leeway of * days from the date that the book is due and then an additional ** days before I get charged. I'll give the benefits of the doubt and check back later. If nothing then I will be calling again.

~YSantana: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~YSantana: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Bookbyte's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~YSantana: For that I would say four out of five.
