~julie: I called the regular *** number and did nothing until it said to wait for a rep.*I was sorry to see those negative reviews! We have been with BECU for * years and love them! They are very very polite... I don't think anyone should tolerate foul language. Also, if you are having a big problem, you should go into the branch. I don't think cars get repo'd after one missed payment.
