~Kashinia: I fly often and used to use CoachUSA to travel between Chicago O'Hare Airport and South Bend, IN when the trains weren't running. If you're looking to travel between these two cities, I would highly recommend taking the blue line from the airport to a train station (Millennium Station or Union Station) and taking either the South Shore Line or Amtrak east. South Shore Line is a very reliable train service that is always on time (unlike Coach USA) and this alternative trip will take around the same time for *** of the cost. **The reason I will never ride Coach USA again is because one day, they refused to recognize my ticket and that was when I experienced THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I've been delayed and rerouted often by airlines, which is always frustrating, but never have I been blamed for not being able to reach my destination on time.**I had two confirmation emails, a printed out ticket, and an online bank statement verifying that they had indeed charged me $** for their serv
