GetHuman-jfootbal: I got ripped off
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-jfootbal: I got ripped off by your Netspend partner. They supposedly sent me * different Netspend card to receive my refund on and I haven't gotten any of them. Every time I contact them they assure me my card will be express mailed *-* days to receive it. This has been going on for weeks. I have contacted an attorney and am considering legal action

GetHuman-jfootbal: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-jfootbal: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jfootbal: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
GetHuman-jfootbal: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
