~lfdauch: I have a huge problem with my Volvo and received no assistance. Tried to make me feel like there was no chance in **** that I would get help unwilling to let me speak to someone with authority at my insistence she finally relented telling me i would get no help as a Volvo owner since **** who bases theirs sales on reliability and longevity their attitude doesn't support that claim.*Don't buy a Volvo they don't last and their service is expensive and ineffective.

~lfdauch: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lfdauch: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Volvo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lfdauch: For that I would say five out of five.
