~NationalGrid Customer: I kept getting calls to call within ** hours. I called last night at *:** pm and waited ** minutes to get someone to take a check over the phone. He was very helpful. I thought this took care of things but got another automated call today. I had to call again, from WORK which I hate, and asked for collections to verify that the payment had actually been made. The woman was really great. She said it takes * - * days for the payment to post and to ignore the calls for now.
