GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Startec Global Communications customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~koplan: I registered with Startec back in **** they called me up if I want the service. Then I was using **** numbers for overseas. They offered me a No monthly fee service if I didn't use it there won't be any charge. It is like a **** number but they give you a local number. It went ok for a while then I start getting billed every month for $*.**, cell connect fee. When I call them (first you are getting rerouted to India or Pakistan which they have no clue our system our our deal) I try to explain the contract with the Startec in **** s*he has no clue what I am talking about. S*he says what else I can do for you. I said I would like to talk to manager then s*he hang up the phone. This happened *-* times. Luck enough I cancel the service I called Toronto office, no answer but you can leave a message, and somebody called and left a message and left their general number which connects you to India.

~koplan: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~koplan: For that I would say one out of five.
