~anonymous 2: I was calling in for the *-*th time to complain that I had not received my newspaper. I said I wanted my subscription cancelled. The Newsday person argued with me, refused to cancel, and refused to get me my newspaper. Horrible experience* I'll neither read Newsday nor recommend it to anyone else.
