GetHuman-408686: From April **, **** until April **, **** still unable to speak with anyone at Internal Revenue. As per their recording each call "high call volume, please call the next business day." The telephone numbers I called: ***-***-***** ***-***-**** and ***-***-**** the same recording for each telephone number.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting IRS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a IRS problem?
GetHuman-408686: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-408686: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about IRS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-408686: For that I would say one out of five.
