~IRSEQUALSMAFIA: The IRS is basically the Mafia!! Unbelievable, I waited on hold, after being disconnected multiple times before!! I then waited *hr** minutes on hold, only to be told, that my refund had a "slight error" in it and "IRS is working on it" Is this complete thivery or what , they are criminals who have no problem keeping our money however long they choose, but will harass you, levy, seize whatever they want!! Why on earth do we allow this??? If the corporate world ran their business like our government they would be out of business!! The Federal Government needs to be fired every last one of them!! They are all Criminals!!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~IRSEQUALSMAFIA: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about IRS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~IRSEQUALSMAFIA: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other IRS customers?
~IRSEQUALSMAFIA: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for IRS to know who you are.
