~Worker paying taxes: We're sorry but due to extremely high call volume we are unable to handle your call at this time...call back the next business day. IRS *****. THEIR payment processing company applied MY payment to someone else's SSN so the IRS sends ME a notice that I still owe taxes. I call their pmt proc co and they fix their error, give me reference number and tell me WE have to call IRS and give them the **** ref number, but WE can't get through. Awesome. Love gov't. This is UNREAL. June * ****.
