~wnichter1: Immediately received a Mail Daemon error saying that the e-mail address does not exist. I have been trying to several weeks to contact them about their empty TV Listings site but I have never been contacted except by an automated reply. And that was not at the info@huffington post e-mail address because THAT address no longer exists!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Huffington Post. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Huffington Post problem?
~wnichter1: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~wnichter1: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Huffington Post's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~wnichter1: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Huffington Post customers?
~wnichter1: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Huffington Post to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~wnichter1 taken from his Huffington Post customer service problem that occurred on November 21st, 2017.
