GetHuman-concern: Hi JP Morgan Chase,**I'd like you to take corrective actions to one of the supervisors in Teleperformance under JPMC Fraud account. She's XXXX XXXXX who doesn't have knowledge enough with the current process. Please listen to her call and try to evaluate if she can be a supervisor or not. I have nothing against her but I'm concerned about the agents she handled because she might taught nor coach them incorrectly without corrective sanctions if ever they had a very bad call.**Thanks,**Concerned citizen
