~woodmyster: i sent back what i ordered yet i keep getting billed. i have four *** numbers for JCP. all four numbers lead to the same menu system and i end up talking to someone in a foreign country. (India?) not that i have anything against India but when i am asked to press * for english, and then end up talking to someone who can't speak english it is kinda irritating. anyway, i get the same run around - basically pay your bill. i can't find a phone number to speak to someone in the USA.
