GetHuman-conniej: I ordered and reordered a product but kept getting told that my credit card was not valid. A card I have used on several purchases.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-conniej: I tried using a different card but received an email the day it was to be delivered saying the card didn't go through. I started this process on Cyber Monday and received my last email from Penney's yesterday...the day it was suppose to be delivered. A Christmas present that I will now,********** will have to be bought at another store. I will never shop with J C Penney again.

GetHuman-conniej: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-conniej: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

GetHuman-conniej: For that I would say three out of five.
