GetHuman-184585: jcpenny has deterorated over the years, there are not enough clerks, the dressing rooms are always locked and you have to wait for a clerk at the register to finish with a customer to open dressing rooms and I am absolutely offended by the fact that we are the United States and the announcements are made in spanish - come on people since when have we decided the english is not the primary language in this country. Totally upset over the spanish*english announcements!
