GetHuman-255104: On my computer it has that JCP. is offing FREE BATH TOWEL AND WASH CLOTH. When I clicked on it, I could not put in any information like the other stores that offer FREE THINGS. I called CUSTOMER SERVICE and the woman did not help me. All she says it a promotion do I have the CODE NUMBER. Which I don't. If someone can not get the things that are offered on the computer then that is a SCAM. I should call the BETTER BUS. and the TELEVISION STATION about it.* KNOW WONDER WHY JCP IS GOIING DOWN. THEY OFFER SOMETHING AND THEN DOES NOT HONOR WHAT THEY OFFER AND THEY CHANGE THE STORES THAT KNOW ONE WANTS TO GO THERE ANYMORE.* Audrey DiLeo
