~Trible: Could only get through to billing dept. That human informed me (after giving full details) that I had to contact tech support but Juno's computer would not put me through to speak with a human in tech support.**Hosting email server mx.vgs.untd.com at **.***.**.** marked my IP address as spam and would not deliver my Christmas eCard to my family who is a senior. All previous emails were received without issue, until today.

~Trible: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Trible: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Juno's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Trible: For that I would say two out of five.
