~Got yelled at: This got me through pretty quickly, and cut through all the prompts nicely. I called to cancel my services, and they automatically gave me Norton antivirus for "free" for a month, then if I wanted to keep it, it would be $*.** a month. If not I could cancel it at any time. Whoa...cancel what? I didn't sign up for anything!!! They already had my acct info, so they just tacked it right on. I said I didn't want it, take it off. The girl started arguing with me in a loud voice, "What, you want your computer to get a virus? You want your computer to not be safe? You want something bad to happen to all your files?" I said, no, but I don't want to have to go through this again in a month. "You must want something bad to happen to your computer!" If my computer is hacked anytime soon I think I know who to blame...
