~Nathan: Jeez.. Why cant kohls' hire enough holiday workers? Its been eleven days since I placed an order and all they have is a shipping label generated * days ago. How many days do they take to turn the item over to Fedex after generating the label? apparently- it could be any number of days?! After getting no reply to emails, I called customer care and the girl took the order number and then I could hear her laughing and talking to her colleague (Leon) in a different language while I was on call! She hardly understood what I was trying to say and did not show interest.. after a while she said, she will transfer me to another dept. What a bizarre experience..
