GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Kohls.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~HMB: What I found to be the only way to get a human on the phone was to press the extension to activate a new card. Then when it asked for my account number, I pressed some random numbers, then pound. I did this twice, and the account wasn't recognized. I was then transferred to a human customer service rep. Then I canceled my account because Kohl's website works horribly, their customer service is terrible, and I'd rather not shop there than deal with the hassle.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Kohls.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Kohls.com problem?
~HMB: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HMB: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kohls.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HMB: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Kohls.com customers?
~HMB: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Kohls.com to know who you are.
