~cassopia09: This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had when dealing with an agency*business. When I finally able to speak with an agent, the agent was rude and brusque in tone and manner. Absolutely no positive customer service skills. I initiated the conversation by a friendly and polite greeting of bidding the agent a good morning. This was only met with a gruff, hurried response that left me with the impression that I was somehow interrupting the agent's day, or intruding on the agent' time. I continued the conversation in a friendly tone and identified myself and stated the reason for my call. The agent very rudely interrupted me and told me to call the automated voice response system. I then stated to the agent that I did that, but the AVR system could not answer my question, I wanted to talk to a live agent to resolve the matter. The agent rudely and brusquely told me that they could not help me and just to use the AVR system and hope that an agent would pick up my cal
