GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-menglu: We did not receive a paper yesterday for the third time this year. I called overseas at *:** and they promised me a paper is ** to ** minutes. IT NEVER CAME. I called again at noon and the automated sevice told me I wouldn't receive a paper until tomorrow, Monday after *:**.*WTF? Is it because we live in Rockford? Maybe there is no carrier for our area? * Newspapers complain that their circulation is dwindling. Well serve us who support the printed paper.*I ain't gonna sit in front of a computer all day reading a digital news paper. *I have called the *-***-***-**** and the **** number and have been put on hold for ** or more minutes.*I think it boils down to you don't give a **** about our service. *I grew up in the **'s and if you didn't get a paper you had someone to call. A human voice that would see to it that you got your paper.*I'm pissed off. Michael Englund
