I called and initially got a voice promp

I called and initially got a voice prompt system but after only two selections I had myself a real live person talking to me; and, better yet, he was a USA based tech so no heavy accents from reps with fake American names in far away locations to deal with which often makes trouble shooting a computer problem an absolute nightmare! Two thumbs up for Apple on keeping the tech support in the States! Moreover, my tech was familiar with my computer--a ten year old Power Mac G4 that is pretty outdated. We agreed upon the likely problem as I had done some research on my own via Google before calling. With that he then offered to email the owner's manual just in case. Great experience!
