~Als: I contacted MJ by telephone and by chat and received horrible service. I was hung up on in chat and they could not tell me why they couldnt transfer my number or what to do to make the transfer. They have horrible horible customer service.*I asked for a refund on my international minutes since they could not transfer my number and provide my service and I was told that since I had spent partial minutes I could not be refunded the balance.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting MagicJack. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a MagicJack problem?
~Als: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Als: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Als: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other MagicJack customers?
~Als: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MagicJack to know who you are.
