~Anonymous: Was offered free Lifetime Warranty for accepting Auto Renewal during registration. Warranty is not mentioned anypkace when I view my account. Upon inquiry, they repkied "No worry, we see it on our end". I asked them to e-mail me stating I have the warranty. They said it is not possible.*Transferred me to a "TOP **%" agent, who said the same thing. Will not give proof that I have the warranty. He then proceeded to cut off the session
