GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Mariott Rewards customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-72662: I looked throughout the internet, called directory assistance in our city for the Marriott Reservations *. Kept getting a * that required taking a vacation survey to win a cruise for *(nominal fee $**). I don't want a cruise, even if you are giving it to me! Went in past was ok, don't trust them any longer. All I want to do is find out my Marriott Reward Number, I will make the reservations myself. Now at * min wait time. Hanging up, I guess we will book with a credit card and get other info later. How inconvenient. You appreciate my patience, I'm running progressively lower on that scale...good-bye. Never got an answer.
