GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's MassHealth customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Rick: I found out that my insurance was not active on the day that I ordered a medication refill. So I called MassHealth Kirk transferred me to an Agent and I was disconnected, twice. called again and used * instead of *. This person initiated an extension. Extension never went through. I Called the next day waited online for ** mins, got an automatic request for a callback. Two days earlier they were going to give me a call back, they called ** Hrs later. In the meantime I have no medicine. I call this an emergency, but they could care less.

~Rick: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rick: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MassHealth's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rick: For that I would say two out of five.

~Rick: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MassHealth to know who you are.
