GetHuman-carlrasm: I'm going to buy a new car soon and I love virtually everything about the CX * except the back seats. The back seats in the RAV* are perfect not only do they recline but when you do so the whole seat slides back a couple more inches making it amazingly comfortable for a full grown adult

GetHuman-carlrasm: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-carlrasm: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Mazda's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-carlrasm: For that I would say four out of five.
