GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-goblueg: I was not able to use my debit card,despite the fact I am a gold member. The location manager is totally clueless. His name is Jonathan Jamrog. This exact same thing has happened to me at the Dtw location. I have also filed a previous complaint for the exact same reason
