GetHuman-247025: Never will I buy from justice again! I bought my item on Dec **, and was promised Christmas delivery, however I did not receive the item that was marked shipped and tht I had paid for! When you call cust service they keep you on hold for a very long time only to then reroute you to another number then receive a busy signal! Horrible horrible horrible is all I have to say my daughter will be highly upset about the item she wanted so badly isn't going to be under our tree:(
