~Steve: Absolutly terrible. Tried to do business with a lady that insists she needs the neighbors address for a work order. I GAVE TAX MAP NUMBERS a I gave *-* addresses. I asked to speak with someone else and I was hungup on. Thank You NEW YORK STATE ELECTRIC AND GAS, BINGHAMTON, NY.
