I called them and explained this to them and they tell me they need to "investigate" and that it will take them up to three days to email me back with what they find. Well I received my email from them stating "Thank you for patience as we contacted our manufacturing partner regarding the Philips *" LCD Dual-Screen Portable DVD Player Style: Philips *" DVD Player you ordered. Our vendor has confirmed that this item was shipped. Additionally, upon further investigation, we are able to verify that the weight of the package is equal to the total weight of the item(s) shipped. For your reference, we have provided additional details below" The additional details was my confirmed shipment. I am well aware that you sent me my package only containing * of the items I purchased. I called them back and told them that I am not lying and that I really did only receive one o
