~peeeeeanut: I submitted a request for reimbursement from my family's HSA, and it never showed up. The customer rep wouldn't give me his agent number or a name and basically told me to drop dead. This is par for the course with Optum Health - they are a HORRIBLE company!! Don't do business with them if you have any choice in the matter whatsoever!!
