~Ehnonymous: This is my second attempt. One July **th I called about an HSA deposit issue and was told to fax a written request, which was done the same day. I was told to expect a reply in *-** days. On **** I called to follow up and they could not find the fax. The CSR could not refer me to the correct department because they were busy. I have been promised a return call within ** hours. UNACCEPTABLE
