~satisfied customer: "Polly" floor supervisor for the custromer service call center assisted me with my issue when it was escalated. Polly was very professional and helpful. When I had called in previously toward the end of June to make payment arrangements for *** I was told I must call in by the first of july to hold it out until my payday July *th. I called in the evening of July *st- but apparently my account was not noted. I have worked in customer service and realize how important payment arrangements and noting customer accounts is. I was very frustrated that I had followed the instruction I had been given to avoid service interruption. When my service was suspended I was confused given the arrangements I had made w*the gentleman on July *st. Polly investigated thoroughly for me. I felt that she not only dealt with a frustrated customer professionally-I felt as thoough she had a personal committment to help me as a Cell One customer. Super Kudos to her for mopping up July *st's customer service rep'
