GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-nimampat: youre phone call number doesnt even work and when you say you reply e-mails in ** min for urgent, that isnt working either.... why am i being charged crazy for something that wasnt even delivered to me. ON TOP of that, i get charged more than my order for delivery that doesnt even get my order right. **The cherry on top is I use you guys *-* times a week and still get HORRIBLE customer service*support. Any e-mails with goods not being delivered are never answered or even credited back. and now you want to charge me for a product i never even got and it still shows "picking up" * hours later when it's not even *.* miles away from me?! My grandma wouldve got there and back faster than the service

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-nimampat: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Postmates's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-nimampat: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Postmates customers?
GetHuman-nimampat: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Postmates to know who you are.
