GetHuman-368845: The worst customer service experience I have ever had. The woman had an attitude as soon as she picked up the phone. She was like "It takes *-* days. I told her I ordered last week, never mentioned what day. Tried to give her my order number and she said they don't do that. Hello, it says press * to order or CHECK ON ORDER STATUS!!! I have worked in a call center, and if that call was recorded, she should be fired! Horrible!
