GetHuman-78987: tried to return a shirt to rei today. i have purchased at least * of these shiirts there before. the brand is royal robbins. the other shirts have done great. this particular shirt was falling apart. i explained to the representative that i had owned the shirt for a while but it was not holding up like the other shirts even though i had not worn it that often. he said it could have been made in a different country than the other shirts and maybe the quality was not the same. explained to him i just wanted to exchange for another shirt. he proceeded to give me a hard time and said your return policy had changed even though i pointed to sign over his head that said satisfaction guaranteed. i have always enjoyed rei and orvis products, but orvis would have handled this with out any of the **** i received from your perimeter atlanta store. just thought it was important to for youu to know how customers are being treated.
