~rosihawk: I ordered a new ph last Saturday and by Tue my current ph stopped working. Called rep gave me some codes to reset my phone because somehow my service was switched to the new ph where god know where that is. (it is suppose to take **-** businessdays to recieve)?? Rep hung up on me or we got disconnected. I followed the recording instructions only to be told i was not a verizon wireless customer. Please bring this customer service back to the states so we can understand what is being said.
