~brossy915: All I want to do is talk to a real person so that I can report my lost or stolen Safe Link phone. I've tried all of the different phone numbers with no satisfaction. I just want to talk to a real person who knows what they are doing.

~brossy915: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~brossy915: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SafeLink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~brossy915: For that I would say two out of five.

~brossy915: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for SafeLink to know who you are.
