~pstancil: I am a safe link customer, why should I have to buy air time. I lost my phone over a month ago, just got another yet no minutes have been added. They want me to send back a phone I don't have. How is this company helping disabled people like myself when you can not talk to a real person. I would just like my phone to work and the ads with the actors to stop the lies. Help if you are going to. If not be honest with people like me and those of us who can not pay the high price of these so called smart phones.

~pstancil: For that I would say five out of five.
