~Angry Citizen: I don't they like Americans. They are too hatefull toward us. Their language skills are limited.**Also, they interupt you all the time to tell you it is going to be their decision, and refuse to give you a superviser.**Waiting time varies a lot (if you get through) only to be told we are bad.**Friends think they may close your account, give it to their friends, and make you get a new account.**Why can't they let Americans do this job that's paid for by Americans? We have a hard time too.

~Angry Citizen: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about SafeLink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Angry Citizen: For that I would say two out of five.
