~Sheila Wedell: The ***-***-**** number was the ONLY one that eventually led to speaking to a human being! I appreciate the woman I spoke to for resolving the issue I had and recommend that Safelink do something to improve their system. A lot of negative comments should tell them something. Difficulty rating for using their system between * as easy and * as hard - I give it a *!!

~Sheila Wedell: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
