GetHuman-11993: They can't speak English very well.*Also, all of them kept interrupting me. Refused to give superviser. Her decision was the final one. They're always shutting off my phone giving various reasons. Friends think they shut you off on their end, but keep receiving money from our US Government. *They may be giving your so-called closed account to their friends. They very rude and hateful to Americans.

GetHuman-11993: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-11993: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SafeLink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-11993: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other SafeLink customers?
GetHuman-11993: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for SafeLink to know who you are.
