GetHuman-16701: This place ***** like all government agencies, they send you one place to another, and you still don't get done what is needed. Why all along you waste your minutes, they tell you they will replace them, but I'm still waiting. Also when they tell you don't waste your minutes will call you back, well let me tell you I'm still waiting. As of now they owe me ***minutes, I don't think I'll ever get to see them either. I am so sick of dealing with these people, they think that it's there phone there handing out,just like if you go to Public Aide, they think it's there money,there handing out. I am so sick of dealing with government agencies, I've been doing it since ****.

GetHuman-16701: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SafeLink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-16701: For that I would say one out of five.
