GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/04/17?
GetHuman-msmetter: i put in all my card credentials in for buying soundcloud go and theres a red box around my card number and i cant click on the "start soundcloud go" button. my card is a visa and i live in the US so i dont think that it is a territory or card type issue.
