~bigginsben: Terrible customer service. Do not order from Spiegel. I had a terrible experience with them. Ordered product on ***** for Christmas. Only received ONE of the THREE items I ordered on *****. The rest did not come and the order was refunded without my order. Note that they did it as a REFUND, not a cancellation, so they charged the full amount of my order and now I am supposed to wait **-** BUSINESS days until the refund is processed.**All the while the customer service has told me that my order is coming
